Seek Socially – Billing Policy 1. Refund Policy When you sign up with Seek Socially, you agree to pay and take full responsibility for all charges made in conjunction with your selected plan and these policies. We don’t offer refunds. IF you are unhappy with your service please contact our support. Monthly Plans: Our monthly plans auto-renew each month on the anniversary date of your original purchase. There are no long term contracts and you are free to cancel at any time. If you wish to view your upcoming payments and the dates in which these payments will be charged, please contact our team at [email protected] 2. Cancellation To cancel your Seek Socially subscription, please contact [email protected] To ensure your cancellation occurs before your next billing date, please get in touch with our team prior to your account being charged. We do not offer any prorated refunds for cancellations that occur part way through a billing cycle. 3. Failed Charges We offer a standard 3 day grace period for any charges that Seek Socially are unable to bill on your chosen payment method. If your method of payment is not updated within this 3 day period and Seek Socially cannot successfully receive payment for your subscription, your service will be automatically terminated. Once a service has been terminated, please get in touch with our support team at [email protected] with an updated valid form of payment if you wish to reactivate your account.
